Client: SMACO (M) SDN BHD
Context:
SMACO produce reliable tube mill lines for mill owners which involves design and build whole production line from coil entry to pipe run out / bundling systems; with automated transfer for pipe finishing operation.
What they would like to achieve?
The company would like to implement competency based reward system in the company. This is to ensure staffs’ performance is appraised based on merit points.
Team Building objectives:
How the program was executed:
Based on the client’s objectives, they have chosen “Bond2Win” as their program to achieve the objectives mentioned.
The modules were carefully selected and each module was carried out via team competition basis. Each team was given reward point for each game. This helped the team members to keep score and participate more actively.
At the same time, each team member was accountable on their punctuality, tidiness of the workstation and showing initiatives and answering questions.
At the end of the day, they had fun participating in the team competition and went back with a strong message that individual performance matters as it contribute to team performance.

Client: DHL Express
Context:
DHL Express is a division of the German logistics company Deutsche Post DHL providing international courier, parcel and express mail services.
What they would like to achieve?
DHL Express seeks to improve their employee engagement survey through team building exercises.
Team Building objectives:
How the program was executed:
In order to achieve the objectives mentioned, we customized our Bond2Win program to include games that allow the participants to be put in the shoes of the management as well as encourage open communication. Team members were given a sumptuous dinner as part of the recognition program.

Client: SCA Hygiene Sdn Bhd (Now known as Vinda Group)
SCA is a leading global hygiene and forest products company. The Group develops and produces sustainable personal care, tissue and forest products.
Context:
SCA took the initiative to boost the morale of their staff force through a series of team building exercises. All departments from the manufacturing plant, mainly the warehouse, production, sales & QA team participated in this team exercise.
What they would like to achieve?
DHL Express seek to improve their employee engagement survey through team building exercises.
Team Building objectives:
How the program was executed:
The client took the team engagement program package with us, which involved our signature 3-step team alignment system. They are: -
STEP 1- Bond2Win
STEP 2- Pizza Miracle
STEP 3- Whole in One
These 3 programs were rolled out batch by batch for all the departments mentioned above. The client also chose several resorts of their choice to conduct these programs such as Water Way Villa Resort, Amverton Cove Golf Resort, Berjaya Golf Hills, Empire Hotel Subang and Kota Komuning Golf Club.
All coordination were done by our event team and all the program fees were also HRDF claimable.

Client: MAXIS BERHAD
Context:
Maxis Berhad is a communications service provider in Malaysia. Headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, providing a variety of communication products, applications and value added services for consumers.
What they would like to achieve?
Mr. Morten Lundal, the new CEO in 2013 introduced the Maxis Way. The training and development team would like to use team building to enhance the Maxis Way which includes values such as “Positive”, “collaborative”, “one company attitude”, “good leader of good people”, “having fun” & “smart and simple”.
How the program was executed:
The client chose “Bond2win” as the key program to deliver Maxis Way. The modules were specially customized to match the values required. This program was rolled out from the central to southern region.
Some of the departments who can only effort a 1 day team intervention, chose “Sunway Hunt” & “I-Survival” instead.

Client: SUNWAY LAGOON
Context:
The Sunway Lagoon is a theme park in Bandar Sunway, Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia owned by Sunway Group. The award winning theme park covers 6 parks with the price of 1. They are mainly the water park, amusement park, scream park, extreme park, wild life park & Nickelodeon lost Lagoon Park.
What they would like to achieve?
Sunway lagoon was looking for an outsource partner to conduct team building activities in their theme park. This initiative is to fully utilize the facilities in the theme park especially the man made beach.
How the program was executed:
A thorough discussion and many trial runs were conducted to develop a team-building program. The outcome gave birth to “Sunway Hunt” which is designed to cater for corporate clients. This program is facilitated by professional trainers who gave impactful debrief points. The program covers icebreaker, team formation, 3-station challenges and a treasure hunt. At the end of the program, there is a proper debrief given.
