When GE Aerospace (GEESM) set out to bring together 650 participants across the organisation, the goal was clear — to strengthen alignment around their core values while fostering collaboration and engagement at scale.
EduAction was engaged to design and deliver a 2-day, 1-night immersive experience that would not only bring people together, but reinforce how teams work, communicate, and perform in the business.
