Forward One (FO1)

Experience:

You are now a high performing team working together in a F1 race team. We’ll start with the training phase for both tasks. For the F1 car assembly, everyone understands the components and their roles in the process. Each team member will receive tutorial on different aspects, like tire changing and “driving” based on their strengths and skills. These will involve mock runs for the Billy Cart assembly and racing.

Once the team feels comfortable with the processes, we’ll integrate the skills learned from both tasks. We’ll simulate scenarios where the team must switch between pit stop and driving the Billy cart quickly, to mimic the challenges they might face during the main race.

Train to Thailand

Experience:

The sun hung low in the sky as passengers gathered at the bustling train station, eagerly awaiting the departure of the COC Express, bound for the vibrant streets of Thailand. As the train chugged along, crossing the border into Thailand, a sudden jolt rocked the carriages, sending shockwaves of panic through the passengers. Amidst the chaos, the train conductor, Mr. Koh Men Sim Bol steady voice cut through the confusion, urging everyone to remain calm. But their peace was shattered when Mr. Koh revealed the unthinkable—a bomb had been discovered aboard the train, threatening the lives of everyone onboard.

With Mr. Koh leading the charge, they worked together, pooling their collective skills and knowledge to devise a plan of action. Clear communication was key as they coordinated their efforts, each member playing a crucial role in the race against time. In the face of danger, strangers became allies, united by a common goal—to save the COC Express and all who traveled aboard it.
