Eco Shop 2026
Pax: 27
Venue: Avillion Port Dickson
Activities: Share Market, Forward 1, Amazeon, I’mpossible Team Challenge, Tangle to Mingle
Edu Action had the opportunity to partner with Eco-Shop in delivering an engaging experiential learning programme designed to strengthen teamwork, collaboration, communication, and self-awareness through a series of immersive team challenges.
The programme featured a carefully curated combination of experiential learning activities:
Each activity was designed to help participants understand their individual strengths, appreciate the contributions of others, and discover what it truly takes to function as a high-performing team.
One of the most rewarding outcomes of any learning experience is seeing participants move from uncertainty to genuine engagement.
According to Christina, Senior Business Development Manager at Eco-Shop, the programme challenged her initial expectations and created a meaningful learning journey.
As participants progressed through the various activities, they experienced firsthand how every challenge was intentionally connected to a larger learning objective.
Each experience built upon the previous one, creating moments of discovery, reflection, and growth.
Throughout the programme, participants were encouraged to step outside their usual work routines and engage with colleagues in new ways.
Whether navigating uncertainty in A-maze-on, collaborating under pressure in Forward One, strengthening connections in Tangle to Mingle, or solving challenges together during the im’Possible Team Challenge, participants learned valuable lessons about teamwork and communication.
Through experiential learning, participants gained a deeper understanding of how individual contributions influence overall team success and how collaboration can unlock stronger performance.
At Edu Action, we believe that people learn best when they are actively involved in the learning process.
The combination of challenge, interaction, reflection, and enjoyment helped create an environment where participants could connect naturally while developing practical workplace skills.
By the end of the programme, what began as a team-building experience became an opportunity for participants to strengthen relationships, improve communication, and develop a stronger sense of team identity.
The Eco-Shop programme demonstrated that effective learning does not have to be confined to a traditional classroom environment.
Through action-based learning, participants were able to experience key lessons rather than simply discuss them, making the learning more memorable, engaging, and relevant.
As Christina shared:
The Eco-Shop programme successfully helped participants:
Most importantly, participants experienced how effective teamwork is built through understanding, communication, and shared experiences.
Because when individuals understand their strengths and learn how to work together, teams become capable of achieving far more than any individual could alone
