PDX 2026: Inspiring Conversations, Building Connections
Over two exciting days at the PDX 2026, EduAction had the opportunity to engage with HR professionals, business leaders, and decision-makers from across industries. More than simply showcasing our programmes, we wanted to create meaningful conversations around the future of work, learning, and leadership.
One of the highlights of our booth was an interactive question board that invited visitors to reflect on two thought-provoking questions:
“What is one skill AI will never replace?”
and
“How has AI improved your work life?”
The response was overwhelming. Our board quickly filled with colourful Post-it notes featuring words such as empathy, creativity, leadership, communication, adaptability, critical thinking, and human connection. At the same time, many shared how AI has enhanced their work through faster research, improved productivity, better content creation, smarter decision-making, and greater efficiency.
These conversations reinforced a belief that lies at the heart of EduAction’s philosophy: AI doesn’t replace great teams—it amplifies them. While technology continues to evolve, organisations still rely on people who can collaborate, communicate, lead, and innovate together.
To create an engaging and memorable experience, visitors also took part in a World Cup-themed Goal Challenge, where they tested their football skills in a fun and energetic activity inspired by the excitement of the tournament season. The challenge attracted participants of all ages, creating a lively atmosphere and encouraging meaningful conversations beyond the exhibition floor.
Another crowd favourite was our online Colour Personality Assessment, where visitors discovered their dominant personality style in just a few minutes. The assessment sparked discussions about communication styles, teamwork, and leadership, giving participants practical insights into themselves while introducing them to EduAction’s approach to people development.
Throughout the exhibition, these activities helped transform our booth into more than just an exhibition space—it became a place where people connected, reflected, and experienced the value of experiential learning firsthand.
PDX 2026 reaffirmed our commitment to helping organisations prepare for the future by combining human collaboration, emotional intelligence, leadership, innovation, and AI-enabled productivity.
