Participants are randomly assembled into teams of ten, promoting diversity and collaboration. Tasked with selecting a team leader, crafting a unique team name, and designing a distinctive team flag, individuals showcase their leadership and creative abilities. The challenge culminates in a spirited team cheer competition, adding an element of friendly rivalry. Throughout this dynamic activity, participants learn the significance of effective communication, leadership, and teamwork, fostering a sense of camaraderie.
