Our team building is powered by experiential learning, gamified challenges, and guided coaching for an immersive experience.
EduAction offers the Team Transformational System (TTS), a unique approach that combines gamified team building in Malaysia, experiential learning, and guided coaching to create corporate team building programmes that deliver real impact.
Instead of focusing only on entertainment, our corporate team building is designed for leadership training, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and employee engagement in a meaningful and measurable way.
Experiential learning engages participants in hands-on activities that simulate real-world challenges, allowing them to apply their skills and knowledge in practical situations. Experiential learning enhances learning retention and strengthens team dynamics by fostering a deeper understanding of key concepts.
Gamified team building programmes integrate game mechanics like leaderboards, challenges, and rewards into corporate and team bonding activities. It helps employees learn through interactive challenges, simulations, and collaborative experiences in a fun and engaging way. The experiential learning approach improves teamwork, communication, adaptability, and more for practical solutions.
The duration depends on your objectives, team size, and programme format: we offer in-person and virtual team building that can range from short 2-hour sessions to full-day or multi-day in-person corporate team building experiences.
Our gamified team building programmes can accommodate teams from as small as 5 participants to large-scale sessions of over 1200 people — suitable for SMEs, multinational corporations, startups, government organisations, and more.
Our team will first understand your organisation’s goals, challenges, team dynamics, and desired outcomes before recommending or customising a gamified team building programme based on your preferred focus, such as leadership development, employee engagement, communication, collaboration and more.
Yes. Our HRD Corp claimable team building programmes are conducted by certified trainers and can be customised based on your company’s objectives. We also assist organisations with HRD Corp documentation and claim support.
I think the program went extremely well. It brought the team together through learning and collaboration, and I believe that’s the real value EduAction has provided for our business — the ability to learn while having fun at the same time.
Definitely, without a doubt, the program reinforced the idea that we can strive to win while still enjoying the journey. In our case, that journey is running the business together.
Beyond the program itself, Hilson, you and your team have truly led by example. One thing we deeply appreciate is the respect you show towards your clients and your commitment to continuous improvement. We worked with you a few years ago, and since then, we’ve seen clear improvements in the way you engage with customers — listening to feedback, understanding our needs, and making meaningful changes. That customer-driven mindset really stands out.

This program in our company, called Team Power 6.0, has been running for 6 years. It is all based on our core values. So it is actually specifically designed to make sure that we get our staff to embrace our core values in their daily work, and also after work.
So with that theme, every year, we make a lot of effort to make them actually understand or have the same purpose as what we want to achieve at the end of the day.
We saw that translate during the team building activities, such as pizza miracle, when they went all out to get ingredients just to make sure that they actually achieve the goal in the highest quality possible. So that is what we want to achieve at the end of the day.

From the start, I wasn't enthusiastic, but the moment the training started, even from the ice breaker itself, and started on the syllabus, things started to fall into place. Every activity we go into, step by step, makes us realise our own strength and how we are supposed to work in a team.
At the end of the entire activity, we all enjoyed and didn't mind participating in another round. I have not attended any other program by EduAction, but for a start, to know this company, I would recommend it to a smaller group of people who want to really excel and really connect, and are looking for a training session or a fun training session.

I would say it is difficult to get every department's team member to join a game together. It is the first time that cross-departmental collaboration has occurred in terms of joining these game-based activities. And I believe other than the three absences, we have full participation. So from what I see, learning can be fun and not only serious.
But we can create impactful insights through teamwork, through collaboration, through interactions throughout the games that we play. So well done.
Yes, definitely, I would recommend EduAction to others. I would say I have already started collecting offline feedback together with the team. People are happy through fun game activities, and I believe we have more businesses, or let's say, encounters later on.

The activities that we have done were very nice, fun, and well organised. We really enjoyed the 2 days, especially I would say the heritage hunt was quite an experience. Maybe also supported by the good weather, but it was nice, very nice.
It's been very interesting, a lot of takeaways.
Thanks to Hilson Yeap, very well organised. So I think we will definitely be back for another year.
Thank you to the team as well; they have done a very good job. I can see very dedicated and organised. So thank you for that.

So I can see all the participants are very enjoyed and all the programs that were designed for this team building by Hilson are relevant to the content and they yield our underlying objective. So well done, and we will probably recommend this program to other companies as well because you guys will definitely benefit from this program.
So the games designed here are focused on enhancing problem-solving skills for the people and have the objective of making them use the problem-solving skill to achieve their goals. Especially, the goals are evolving and keep changing from time to time. So all the programs are designed in that context, and it's quite a successful program.

The team building is definitely very encouraging, very motivating, even I myself, being the observer sitting here, I too feel motivated.
Given the opportunity to explore, to bring up that untapped potential that my team and I may have, I find it's good.
Also, the trainer Hilson has been providing non-stop encouragement to my team member, and I'm glad that we have appointed Hilson to be our trainer for this team-building event.
Of course we will definitely, and encourage my friends and related companies to come to EduAction to participate in their team building event.

Actually the games itself disconnects the members from work. At work, you have a title, a role, so for me personally, I participate as any other participant.
So I want to show that we are a team, it doesn't matter what your role is and what you actually do in the office, so here, even members that usually don't interact are part of one team.
So when they come back Monday morning, they will be much more team-oriented, and they will know each other, so we have more informal teams in the group. And that is the big benefit, and these games make this happen.
I would definitely recommend this program; it is really fun.
