Actually the games itself disconnects the members from work. At work you have a title, a role, so for me personally I participate as any other participant.
So I want to show that we are a team, it doesn't matter what is your role and what do you actually do in office, so here even members that usually don't interact is part of one team.
So when they come back Monday morning, they will be much more team, they will know each other, so we have more informal teams in the group. And that is the big benefit and this games makes this happen.
I would definetely recommend this program, it is really fun.

EduAction’s Team Building invited me for a preview session - a totally new way of having teambuilding without leaving the comfort of your office/home, without the need to pack your bags, no change of clothes, no sweat or getting wet. we learned to communicate to solve the questions given. We learned how to make do with only what we have – technology to complete the tasks. We learned how to help each other without the need to be physically there. We also learned that being calm during challenging times helps – in this case, unstable connection, and limited technical resources. To have the most out of this teambuilding, we were 100% participative – which is crucial.

From the start, I wasn't enthusiastic, but the moment the training started even from the ice breaker itself, and started on the syllabus, things started to fall into place. Each and every activity we go in to, step by step, makes us realise our own strength and how are we supposed to work in a team.
At the end of the entire activity, we all enjoyed and don't mind the participate another round. I have not attended any other program by EduActio, but for a start, to know this company, I would recommed to a smaller group of people who wants to really excel and really connect, and looking for a training session or a fun training session.

I attended Hilson's Global Trekking Japan and Hercules gamification course recently. I found it to be surprisingly to be very structured and interesting class! Hilson is an engaging teacher, patient and clear enough to work with inexperienced participants explaining thoroughly on steps to complete this course. Unlike the usual classes, Hilson's course touches heavily on team work, communication skills, human behaviors in very effective ways. It plays on the psychology that drives human engagement.
