FAQs
Team building involves activities and exercises designed to enhance teamwork, communication, and collaboration within a group. It’s crucial for businesses as it fosters stronger employee relationships, boosts morale, improves productivity, and enhances overall performance.
Team-building activities create opportunities for employees to bond, build trust, and develop a sense of camaraderie. Engaging in fun and challenging tasks fosters a positive work environment, increasing job satisfaction, higher morale, and greater employee retention.
Popular team bonding activities include outdoor adventures like ropes courses and scavenger hunts, as well as indoor activities like escape rooms, cooking classes, and team challenges. These activities encourage teamwork, problem-solving, and communication in a fun and interactive way.
Team-building events allow team members to interact in new and unfamiliar situations, encouraging them to communicate effectively, collaborate on tasks, and solve problems together. Through shared experiences, teams learn to trust and support one another, improving communication and collaboration.
Experiential learning engages participants in hands-on activities that simulate real-world challenges, allowing them to apply their skills and knowledge in practical situations. This approach enhances learning retention, promotes personal growth, and strengthens team dynamics by fostering a deeper understanding of key concepts and principles.
Outdoor team-building activities require participants to work together to overcome physical challenges and obstacles, fostering teamwork, trust, and communication. These experiences also provide opportunities for leadership development as individuals take on leadership roles, make decisions, and guide their teams to success.
Team building fosters a positive work culture by promoting open communication, mutual respect, and a sense of belonging among employees. A strong team culture increases employee engagement, job satisfaction, and retention rates, as employees feel valued, supported, and connected to their team and organisation.

“I think the program went extremely well. It brought the team together through learning and collaboration, and I believe that’s the real value EduAction has provided for our business — the ability to learn while having fun at the same time.
Definitely, without a doubt, the program reinforced the idea that we can strive to win while still enjoying the journey. In our case, that journey is running the business together.
Beyond the program itself, Hilson, you and your team have truly led by example. One thing we deeply appreciate is the respect you show towards your clients and your commitment to continuous improvement. We worked with you a few years ago, and since then, we’ve seen clear improvements in the way you engage with customers — listening to feedback, understanding our needs, and making meaningful changes. That customer-driven mindset really stands out.”

Actually the games itself disconnects the members from work. At work you have a title, a role, so for me personally I participate as any other participant.
So I want to show that we are a team, it doesn't matter what is your role and what do you actually do in office, so here even members that usually don't interact is part of one team.
So when they come back Monday morning, they will be much more team, they will know each other, so we have more informal teams in the group. And that is the big benefit and this games makes this happen.
I would definetely recommend this program, it is really fun.

Being the only colourblind person here, and was tasked to pain a Canvas was no small feat. But through strong teamwork and everyone stepping in, and helping each other, we achieved the best.

From the start, I wasn't enthusiastic, but the moment the training started even from the ice breaker itself, and started on the syllabus, things started to fall into place. Each and every activity we go in to, step by step, makes us realise our own strength and how are we supposed to work in a team.
At the end of the entire activity, we all enjoyed and don't mind the participate another round. I have not attended any other program by EduActio, but for a start, to know this company, I would recommed to a smaller group of people who wants to really excel and really connect, and looking for a training session or a fun training session.

The activities that we have done were very nice, fun, well organized. We really enjoyed the 2 days, especially I would say the heritage hunt was quite an experience. Maybe also supported by the good weather, but it was nice, very nice.
It's been very interesting, a lot of takeaways.
Thanks to Hilson Yeap, very well organized. So I think we will definetely be back for another year.
Thank you to the team as well, they have done a very good job. I can see very well dedicated and organized. So thank you for that.

I would say it is difficult to get every department's team member to join a game together. It is the first time ever cross-departmental collaboration in terms of joining this game-based activities. And I believe other than the three absences, we have full participation. So from what I see, learning can be fun, learning can be not serious at all.
But we do have able to create impactful insights through teamwork, through collaboration, through interactions throughout the games that we play. So well done.
Yes, definitely I would recommend EduAction to others. I would say I have already started collecting offline feedback together with the team. People are happy through fun game activities and I believe we have more businesses or let's say encounters later on.

So I can see all the participants are very enjoyed and all the programs that designed for this team building by Hilson are relevant to the content and it yield our underlying objective. So well done and we will probably recommend this program to other companies as well because you guys definitely will benefit from this program.
So the games designed here are focused to enhance the problem-solving skill for the persons and to have the objective of making them using the problem-solving skill to achieve the goals. Especially the goals are keep evolving and keep changing from time to time. So all the programs are designed in that context and it's quite a successful program.

This program in our company called Team Power 6.0 has been running for 6 years. It is all based on our core values. So it is actually specifically designed to make sure that we get our staff to embrace our core value in their dailt work and also after work.
So with that theme, every year, we make a lot of effort to make them actually understand or have the same purpose as to what we want to achieve at the end of the day.
We saw that translate during the team building activities such as pizza miracle when they went all out to get ingredients just to make sure that they actually achieve the goal in the highest quality possible. So that is what we want to achieve at the end of the day.

The team building is definitely very encouraging, very motivating, even I myself being the observer sitting here, I too feel motivated.
Given the opportunity to explore, to bring up that untapped potential, the me and my team may have, I find it's good.
Also the trainer Hilson, he has been providing that non-stop encouragement to my team member and I'm glad that we have appointed Hilson to be our trainer for this team building event.
Of course we will definitely, and encourage my friends and related companies to come to EduAction to participate in their team building event.
