SPLASH ATTACK is a team-building program specially designed by Splash Mania to help your team experience and learn the importance of team synergy and master mind in an organization.

Once upon a time, there were 3 great pirates who came together, Tuanku Badass, Ching Sao and Bugiman, who dreamed to go on a journey to look for treasures in the Malay archipelago . They set sail on their ship named “Gamuda Trove” but not too long they met with a wizard who cast a spell on them, which caused their ship to be stuck on a mountain in an unknown island. When they woke up, they decided to turn the crisis into an opportunity by turning the place into a pirate school of adventure, training pirates to have qualities like agility, adaptability, fearlessness, and creativity while working as a team.

Reflection

Without coordination and communication, teams struggle to perform even in simple tasks.
