Strengthening Connection Through Shared Experiences

EduAction had the privilege of partnering with Leonardo Helicopters to deliver a dynamic 2-day experiential team building programme involving 115 participants — designed to strengthen teamwork, communication, collaboration, and engagement through immersive shared experiences.

The programme featured four powerful simulations and challenges:

  • Share Market
  • Chin A Jones
  • Melaka Heritage Hunt
  • Forward One

Each activity was carefully designed to encourage participants to think strategically, collaborate effectively, and strengthen relationships beyond the workplace environment.

Learning Through Experience

Throughout the programme, participants were challenged to:

  • communicate under pressure
  • collaborate across teams
  • solve problems creatively
  • align towards shared goals
  • adapt quickly in changing situations

From fast-paced decision-making in Share Market, to collaboration and discovery in Chin A Jones, every experience encouraged participants to work together in new and meaningful ways.

One of the standout moments of the programme was the Melaka Heritage Hunt — an immersive city-based experience that combined teamwork, exploration, and cultural discovery.

The activity brought participants through the historical streets of Melaka, where teams solved challenges, completed missions, and navigated together through real-world situations.

According to Leonardo Helicopters’ leadership team:

“The activities that we have done were very nice, fun, well organized. We really enjoyed the 2 days, especially the heritage hunt — it was quite an experience.”

The combination of good energy, collaboration, and even good weather helped create a memorable and engaging experience for everyone involved.

Creating Meaningful Takeaways

Beyond the fun and excitement, the programme delivered valuable reflections and learning moments for participants.

As shared by the leadership team:

“It’s been very interesting, a lot of takeaways.”

The experiences encouraged participants to reflect on:

  • communication effectiveness
  • leadership under pressure
  • team coordination
  • adaptability
  • and the importance of working together towards a common objective

A Partnership Built on Trust

The Leonardo Helicopters leadership team also acknowledged the dedication and professionalism of the EduAction CREW throughout the programme.

“Thanks to Hilson Yeap, very well organized. I think we will definitely be back for another year.”

“Thank you to the team as well. They have done a very good job. I can see they are very dedicated and organized.”

At EduAction, we believe successful programmes are built through strong facilitation, thoughtful design, and genuine care for participant experience.

This partnership with Leonardo Helicopters reflects our continued commitment to creating engaging and impactful experiential learning journeys for organizations across industries.

The Outcome

The Leonardo Helicopters team building programme successfully strengthened:

  • Team collaboration
  • Cross-functional engagement
  • Communication and alignment
  • Problem-solving capability
  • Team morale and connection

Most importantly, it created shared experiences that brought people together beyond their daily roles and responsibilities.

Because strong teams are not built only through work — they are built through meaningful experiences shared together.
