Experience

You are now a high-performance team working in the F1 race team. You need to assemble a car together in the shortest time, like what you have seen in the pit stop.

The objective of the game is to win. The way to win this game is to build a high-performance that that can build the specified vehicle to the exact standards required in the fastest time. You will be given time to practice and familiarize with the parts, the trial run and the main race itself 

Each team is to build a lego-sized car from scratch and repeat for a total of 10 laps to produce the fastest speed in assembly.

Reflection

Without consistency and process improvement, teams struggle to sustain performance.
