Experience

Whole in One is an engaging outdoor team experience designed to be conducted at a golf course or open outdoor space, where participants complete three challenge stations that strengthen teamwork, collaboration, accountability, communication, and strategy. Each station highlights the importance of alignment and shared responsibility. The journey reinforces a powerful message: when everyone works toward one objective and one target, the company succeeds as a whole.

Reflection

Participants reflect on how well the team communicated and coordinated throughout the journey, how leadership and ownership were demonstrated, and how the team adapted when faced with challenges and unexpected situations.
