Transforming 650 Leaders at GE Aerospace

When GE Aerospace (GEESM) set out to bring together 650 participants across the organisation, the goal was clear — to strengthen alignment around their core values while fostering collaboration and engagement at scale.

EduAction was engaged to design and deliver a 2-day, 1-night immersive experience that would not only bring people together, but reinforce how teams work, communicate, and perform in the business.

🟩 THE CHALLENGE

With a large and diverse group of 650 participants, the challenge was to create an experience that was:

  • Seamless in execution
  • Engaging for all participants
  • Aligned with GE Aerospace’s core values
  • Impactful beyond just the event

The program needed to go beyond traditional team building — to ensure that participants could connect the experience back to how they operate in the workplace.

🟩 OUR APPROACH

EduAction designed the program around GE Aerospace’s three core values:

  • Respect for People
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Customer Driven

Through a series of carefully curated experiential activities, participants were guided through:

  • Experience — engaging in real-time challenges
  • Reflection — understanding behaviours and team dynamics
  • Application — connecting insights back to business performance

With a dedicated team of 20 facilitators and crew, the program was executed with precision, ensuring a smooth and cohesive experience across all 650 participants.

🟩 THE EXPERIENCE

Over the course of 2 days and 1 night, participants:

  • Collaborated across teams in dynamic challenges
  • Strengthened communication and alignment
  • Experienced both high-energy engagement and meaningful reflection
  • Reinforced the mindset of continuous improvement

The program was designed to ensure that learning was not just understood — but experienced.

🟩 THE RESULT

The outcome was a seamless, high-impact experience that achieved both engagement and alignment.

Participants were able to:

  • Learn and collaborate more effectively
  • Strengthen relationships across teams
  • Connect the experience back to real business performance

At EduAction, we design experiences that help teams learn, align, and perform — together.
