GE Aerospace Malaysia Teambuilding 2023 | LEAP to the Future

A weekend on 14-15 October filled with laughter, collaboration, and a whole lot of fun as 600 people got together on a journey to strengthen our bonds and foster a culture of teaming, building lasting connections and creating a shared sense of purpose.

We learnt that Participation=Value. From problem-solving challenges that tested our creativity to team-building exercises that pushed us out of our comfort zones, every moment was an opportunity for learning and growth.
Many hidden talents were discovered during the Glitz & Glam dinner with our own people’s performance.

A big shoutout to our incredible team of committee and partners who crafted an experience that was both engaging and impactful.

As we enter into the final 2 months of 2023, the positive vibes and team spirit will help us deliver against our final quarter target and prepare the momentum as we look to finish the year strong !
