Aspire, Excel & Transform: Novo Nordisk

We are honored to be conducting an immersive team building for Novo Nordisk for their kick off 2024.

The theme for this year was #aspire #excel #transform.

We utilized the “The Lost Pyramid” and immersive team building game which brought participants back to ancient Egypt to build pyramid for the king.

Over the years we realized how a multilayer game can be used to debrief on the leadership pillars given to us effectively and make the kick off event meaningful and memorable.

It was also a celebration of “Best Place to Work” the client.
