PAEI is a management model that categorizes managers into four roles: Producer, Administrator, Entrepreneur, and Integrator. Producers focus on task execution, Administrators coordinate resources, Entrepreneurs seek innovation, and Integrators manage relationships.

The Four Color Personality Training Program categorizes individuals into four types: Blue (warm and relationship-focused), Gold (organized and detail-oriented), Green (analytical and logical), and Orange (adventurous and spontaneous).

It helps individuals understand their own personality style and others’, improving communication and collaboration. The program enhances self-awareness, team dynamics, and organizational effectiveness.
