Experience
This is a fast-paced world of theme park creation, where creativity meets strategy and every decision counts. In this dynamic team building experience, participants take up two key roles that rotates:
- Developers (individuals or groups): Responsible for designing and building theme park ride using LEGO blocks and other materials. They must craft a compelling concept, prepare a pitch, and submit a proposal for approval.
- Management: Acts as the decision-making body, evaluating proposals based on creativity, safety, feasibility, and overall value to the park. They approve contracts, ensure ride standards, and determine which attractions make the cut.
To succeed, Developers must collaborate, innovate, and communicate effectively to earn their place in the park. Management, on the other hand, must apply strategic thinking and negotiation skills to guide the development of a balanced, exciting theme park. This open-frame format encourages healthy challenge, cross-functional interaction, and a deeper understanding of stakeholder perspectives.
