A-Brief Introduction
This 8-day Leadership Development Programme (LDP) is designed using the Leadership Pipeline Model to strengthen leadership readiness, operational thinking, and people management capabilities. Through a blend of experiential learning, business simulations, practical leadership tools, and workplace application assignments, participants will develop greater self-awareness, improve communication and decision-making, and build the confidence to transition from task execution to team leadership. The programme also provides a structured pathway for employees preparing for future leadership roles to identify development gaps and strengthen the competencies required for successful progression within the organization.
