Epic Team Building Experience for GE Aerospace

Client Overview:

Client: GE Aerospace

Event Type: Team Building

Participants: 600 employees

Event Objective:

GE Aerospace approached EDU Action with the goal of fostering teamwork, camaraderie, and problem-solving skills among its 600-strong workforce. They sought a memorable experience that would not only engage their employees but also align with the company’s values and goals.

Our Solution:

Drawing upon our expertise in experiential learning and team building, we designed a comprehensive event tailored to GE Aerospace’s objectives. Our solution incorporated various elements to ensure an unforgettable experience for all participants.

Event Highlights:

Chin A Jones Adventure:

Inspired by the iconic Indiana Jones franchise, we created a thrilling adventure dubbed “Chin A Jones.” Participants embarked on an interactive journey filled with puzzles, challenges, and discoveries. This segment encouraged critical thinking, collaboration, and quick decision-making as teams navigated through a series of tasks resembling scenes from the famous movies.

Indiana Jones Game-Based Treasure Hunt:

Leveraging the excitement of treasure hunting, we devised an Indiana Jones-themed treasure hunt. Teams embarked on a quest to uncover hidden treasures scattered across the event venue. Clues, riddles, and obstacles added layers of complexity, requiring teams to strategize and communicate effectively to succeed.

Forming the Word “GE”:

As a symbolic representation of unity and teamwork, we orchestrated a grand activity where all 600 participants came together to form the word “GE.” This visually stunning display not only reinforced the company’s identity but also fostered a sense of belonging and collective achievement among employees.

Impossible Team  Challenge:

To test the limits of teamwork and resilience, we introduced the “Impossible Team Challenge.” Teams faced a series of seemingly insurmountable tasks that pushed them beyond their comfort zones. By encouraging perseverance, adaptability, and mutual support, this challenge strengthened bonds and instilled a sense of accomplishment.

Results:

The team building event orchestrated for GE Aerospace exceeded expectations and left a lasting impact on all participants. Key outcomes and feedback included:

Strengthened Team Dynamics: Participants reported improved communication, collaboration, and trust within their teams.

Enhanced Problem-Solving Skills: Engaging in complex challenges fostered innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities among employees.

Boosted Morale and Motivation: The memorable and enjoyable experience reinvigorated employee morale and motivation, fostering a positive work environment.
